M. BORODIN'S MOVEMENTS. (BT CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT.) (AUSTBAUAN AND N.Z. CABLK ASSOCIATION.) SHANGHAI, July 25. A British naval wireless message from Hankow says that M. Borodin and Mr Eugene Chen have returned from Kuling. Mr Chen announces that M. Borodin is leaving Hankow permanently in the near future. The Nanking Government is offering a reward of 100,000 dollars to anyone causing the arrest of M. Borodin. The Yang-tse valley remains quiet.
