STOLEN PICTURE.

Detectives are searching for Earl Romney's picture of an officer, which is' believed to-have been stolen for a connoisseur from an exhibition of the late W. A. Coat's collection of the Roval' Society of British Artists at Ha'yroarket. .This is the third recent picture theft.
