CHIROPRACTORS MEET.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE HELD. The seventh annual conference of the New Zealand and Australian Chiropractors' Association was held. recently at the Dbminion Farmers' Institute Building, Wellington. There was a record attendance of numbers, representatives being front Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Hastings, Masterton, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Hawera, New Plymouth, Wellington, Nelson, Ohristchurch,' Timaru, Dunedin, and invercargill. Mr J. A. Soott (president) occupied the chair. The report i showed that the membership was steadily increasing, and was now higher than in any previous year. Eight new members were elected. One application for membership was rejected by the conference on the ground that the applicant had not completed the full course of study required by the rules. The president intimated that he had taken an active part in tho conference of British chiropractors hold at London in June last, and mentioned that the gathering had entrusted him With the Work of registering the British Association in England, Scotland, aid Ireland, under whatever Act lie deemed most suitable. Mr Soott was able to report that he had successfully completed the registration of the British Association before his final departure from England. The following Were elected officers for the year:—President and secretary, Mr J. A. Scott; vice-president, Mr J. P. Oolwill; treasurer, Mr- J. Oraig; committee, Mrs Kerable Welch, Messrs T. Giles, A. Bryce, 0. WhiteParsons, and T. G. Kinney. , During the day before and the day after conference demonstrations were given of the neurocalometcr, and of another rfloently-jn-vented instrument for locating and registering spinal nerve pressure. It was decided that the next conference should be held in Ohristchurch.
