The final few months are being spent at the works of Messrs Johnson ami Phillips at Charlton, Rent, Altogether Mr Phillips shqulfl have gleaned a great deal of valuable information and experience. During the summer vncatiqp he had a walking tour in the English Lakes District and devoted the remainder of tbo time to Scotland, returning to Manchester via Newcastle, Durham, and York.
