NO APPEARANCE.
♦ WARRANT FR ARREST. Yesterday Adolphus Curline, aged 31 years, should have appeared /at the Magistrate's Court to answer charges that, by incurring a liability to Bing, Harris and Co., and a liability to Benjamins, Ltd., for £1 Bs, ho did obtain credit by fraud. Curline was released on bail a week ago, but when the charges were read yesterday, he failed to appear. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
