TRAMWAY STRIKE IN SHANGHAI.

Despite the settlement of the tramway strike in Shanghai last week, tho strike has again broken out, completely disrupting the service. The strikers are comparatively well' behaved, although three tramcars were attacked and broken up to-day, necessitating the dispersal of the .crowds by the' police.
