The Inter-Allied Military Committee, under Marshal presidency, decided that Germany's disarmament proposals are not acceptable. A breakdown of : negotiations is not expected, however, as the committee will probably seek . modifications of Germany's offer, partipularly regarding the destruction .of the fortress at Glocau and Fuller, and a guarantee that other fortresses will bo for purely defensive purposes.'
