"They have made it possible for.me to go back home and arrange with our people to come back here and do better business with you than they were able to do in tho past," he asserted. It is understood hero that a Now Zealand delegation will come over in tho near future and negotiate a trado agreement. Mr CoStes did not touch on the question of Imperial defence, but in a passing reference to the possibility of another war, he said New Zealand would avoid war at all costs except at the cost of her National honour. Be believed normal trade would do much to prevent war, and he praised the work of the League of Nations Council in it's efforts to, give an accurate knowledge of World conditions, fie paid a hieh tribute to the work of the Premier, Mr Mackenzie King, at tho Imperial Conference.
