ROMS, January 11. A sensation has boon caused in Italian society circles by the announce-' ment of five arrests, including two. high functionaries, TosCo and Delia Valle, attached to the Order of Chevaliers, who are charged with selling the Diplortia of the Grand Officer of the Crown of Italy to a merchant for 500,000 lire. Other atresia are expected.
