HOSTILE NATIVES.
TROUBLE IN NEW GUINEA. (BT C^LE—PRESS iS6ocmioH<-COEYBIGirr.) (A.tTBTKALUSv.*HD *•? «WW *BSOt3ATIOH.) SYDNEY, January 10. A wireless message from Bulolo, New Guinea, states that natives in the vicinity of Rabaul village are still threat, cning iroub!e, and carriers will not proceed through the village unless accompanied by their masters. Natives persist xn accosting all parties, waving spears and dancing round with bows and arrows, but as only largo parties pass through at a time it deters them from attacking them. The road to Salamoa is still unsafe.
