CABINET MEETING TO-DAY. The holiday season being over, most of the Ministers of tho Crown will soon be in Wellington. Tho first Cabutet meeting for this year will 1» held to°The Minister for Agriculture (the Hon. Mr Hawken) returned to Wellington from Taranakt on Saturday. The Postmaster-General (Hon. Mr Nosworthv) is expected to return to Wellington from Ashburton on Tuesday morning. - „ The Minister for Education (Hxm. Mr Wright) returned from Dunedin on Friday. Tho Minister for Labour (Hon. Mr Anderson) naid a visit to Flock House on SatureHy. To-night the Minister will leave Wellington to attend the Tuapeka County Council's golden jubilee, and is expected to bo absent from Wellington for about a week. Tho Minister for Lands (Hon. Mr McLeod) returned to Wellington on Friday from Martinborough, where he spent the Christmas holidays. In his capacity as Minister for Industries and Commerce, Mr McLeod will open the twenty»ninth annual conference of the New Zealand Master Bakers' and Pastrycooks' Association at Wellington to-night.
