THEFTS BY MAORIS. (PBBSS ASSOCIATIOK JELEGEAU.) GISBORNE, January 8. Two Maoris, Eowi Hohipa and Jimmv Whakarau, who stole lyres, valued at £ls, from tho wheels; or motor-core damaged in accident, *e° each fined £5 at tho Magistrates Court this morning.
