HIS MAJESTY'S PICTURES. ASHBURTON.

A Master picture, entitled "The Verdict," will bo screened at His Majesty's Theatre to-night and to-morrow night. This Phil Goldstone production features Lou Tellegan, the operatic and stage star. For supports he has William Collier, jun., Elliott Dexter, Gertrude A3k>r, Taylor Holmes, Gaston Glass, Walter Long, Maude George, Louise Lorraine, George i'a-wcett, and Josef Swickard. This picture- ia full of mystery, and will be something new for picturegoers to see. The supports for tonight are a comedy, entitled "Peggy's Pest," a Gazette, and a Prisma Interest. A double bill will be presented to-morrow night, when, in addition to "The Verdict," Pola Negri, in "Flower of the Night," will bo shown. Pat Tons will have the opportunity of again seeing the world-famous actress in what is acclaimed as the finest, fiercest, and most flashing rolo in which she has ever appealed. Supporting this star are Josep.' J. Dowling, Warner Oland, Helen L'.* Worthing, and Prince Yoticca Troubestzkoy. In addition to these two pictures, there will be screened a gazette and a two-reel comedy. There will be a matinee in the afternoon. Another double bill will be shown on Monday and Tuesday, when "The Bat" and "Ladv. of the Night." will he screened.
