♦ BUILDING IN WELLINGTON. [THE PRESS Special Service.] AVELLINGTON, January 6. In the eleven months ended November 30th, 1926 (the figures for December are not yet available), the Wellington City Council issued building permits to the value of £1,854,029 which, even without the December figures, constitutes a record for the City.
