LONDON, January 6
Tlie "Daily Express" is carrying on a vigorous campaign in order to force the whole question of tho Spahlingor euro into tho open. The '-Daily Express" 6uys. "It may bo tho greatest boon ever conferred upon mankind, or it may bo ineffective to tho point of haimfulness. Spahlinger may bo the leading bacteriologist of the age, or ho may bo a misguided, even self-seeking fanatic, but tho time has come when Spahlinger can no longer refuse to submit his serum to complete and open investigation conducted by impartial authorities."
(Spahlinger, replying to Sir Warden Chilcolt'a offer of £IOOO it' want of money is withholding the serum from England snys: "I do not think further charity is necessary. The sale of bovine vaccine will soon provide all that is needed to continue propagation. The delay is chiefly attributablo to tho fact that in England I was engaged in simplifying tho vaccine so that it can now bo produced at a cost which will make it available to everyone"
