WAGGON DERAILED.
MISHAP TO NAPIER TRAIN. LTHE PRESS SpoclU Service. J WELLINGTON, January 6. When tiie train which left Napier at 2.45 p.m. for Palmerston North hail reached a spot about a mile north of Woodville to-day, a four-wheeled waggon was derailed, with the result that a block was caused lasting for some little time.
No serious damage was done. About 18 passengers who were to connect with the north-bound Limited were conveyod to their destination by motor, reaching it in time to join the express without delaying it. Other passengers who were in the train, which was a mixed one, were somewhat inconvenienced, as tho train did not arrive at Palmerston North until about ten o'clock, approximately one and a half hours after scheduled time.
