THEATRE ROYAL.
"ELIZA COMES TO STAY." Apparently the- Joseph Cunningham English Comedy Company has left its best offering till the last, for "Elisa Comes to Stay" is a delightful farce which is being received at the Theatre Royal with enthusiasm. The play was written bv H. V. Esmond and 13 smart and humorous, although not new in theme. it i s the funniest thing 6inec "Charley's Aunt," the great comedy which made the world laugh Miss Zillah Bateman has tho leading role and plays it to perfection. Others assisting her are Mr Campbell Copelin, Mr Frank Bradley, Mr Norman Carter, Misses Sylvia Clifton, and Beryl Barraclough. "Eliza Comes to Slav'' will he staged for the last time to-night, and an added attraction will be the handing to tho audience ck handsomely-mounted souvenir photographs of Miss Bateman.
