•, «— _ ANOTHER INCREASE. The good weather experienced on Monday meant a substantial increase to the Christchurch Tramway Board's receipts, the earn of £1267 being taken as against £862 for the corresponding day of 1926, an increase of £375. As the figures for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, already published, showed an increase of £632 over those of the corresponding days of last year, tne receipts for the New Year period of 1927 are £907 ahead of those of 1926. ■ ■*
