DIVIDEND OF 16/1

DUNEDIN, January 4
The liquidators of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition' Company (Ltd.) have declared a second and final dividend of 3s 7d in the £ on all share capital and donations, thus making with the first dividend already paid a total refund of 16s Id in the £. The liquidators' statement of accounts for the period from July 20th last to the completion of the liquidation Bhows that £13,197 Is 5d was.received from salvage, £566 16s 8d from sundry debtors, £609 4s 3d from interest, and £122 5s 6d from sundry recoveries. Among the payments were £IZ69 4s 2d on buildings and erections £I4J 13s 3d on general expenses, £689 18s on a pictorial history of the Exhibition, and £654 18s on the official record. Payment of the first dividend of 12s 6d in the £ absorbed £51,755 16s 9d, and the payment of the second dividend absorbs £14,836 12i 7d.
