Stranders, examined by a Magistrate, admitted sending Dr. Weber information about French aeroplanes, engines, and caterpillar wheels for motors, but said that it was merely of a commercial character. A director of the Parisian Aviation Company gave evidence that Stranders never asked for details of military machines. CASE IN GERMANY.
