DECREASED BANK CLEARANCES. (by cable—pkess association— coptbight.) (Sydney "Sun" Sebvice.) LONDON, January 2. The disastrous results of the general and coal strikes are reflected in the bank clearing returns, which amounted to £39,825,000,000 last year, a decrease of £612,000,000 compared with 1925.
