Captain Wilkins announced yesterday at Detroit that he would make a second attempt to explore the Arctic "blind spot" in a spring expedition financed entirely by the "Detroit News." [Last May Captain Wilkin* led an air expedition with headquarters at Point Barrow, Alaska, which attempted without success to discover land areaß in the uncharted Arctic Tegions.]
