Within three days last week the bodies of five newly-born babies were found in tho Sydney suburbs. The Coroner, holding an inquest on two of these, one of which had been drowned and the other smothered, said the number of newly-born unwanted children whose lives were being sacrificed, either through neglect or deliberately, was becoming a question of serious moment.
