HIS MAJESTY'S PICTURES, ASHBURTON.
This afternoon a special matinee will be soreenod, entitled "Gold and the Girl." Tha cast is headed by the cowboy actor, Buck Jones, who is assisted by his horso, Silver Buck, and his dog, Pal. The supports are a topical, a travel, and a two-reel comedy, "Lion Love." To-night and to-morrow night, the MetroGoidwyn picture, "So This is Marriage, will be screened, from a story by Carey Wilson, and produced by Hobart Henley. A line sequence is used to illustrate this part of the story dealing with tho old Biblical tale of King David and Bathsheba The cast includes Eleanor Boardman, Conrad Nngel, and Lew Cody. As supports a gazette, snapshots, cartoons, and i» New Zealand Government scenio will be shown.
