Humphries was granted-Mr-W Martin, licensee of the Belfast Hotel applied for additional bar accommodation The application .was granted. At the conclusion of the business the clerk of the. Committee was directed to conviv to Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M„ the retiring chairman, the Committee's apprec.a[forfof Mr Wilson's courtesy and help daring bis term of office.
