Abdel Krim again complains through tho Tangiers correspondent of *'The Times" that the Franco-Spanish peace terms wero never communicated to him, despito all statements to the contrary, and he was therefore unable to accept or reject them, lie declares the assertion that ho received them was a lie published for political purposes in order to deccivo tho public and mislead the Franco-Spanish peoples, and to persuade them to continue tho war. He simultaneously ordered the Bini agents at Tangier to inform the Marquis dc Estella (Chief of the Spanish Government) that if the Franco-Spanish terms correspond with the terms published in tho Franco-Spanish Press, he is prepared to negotiate on that bafts.

The enemy pressed tho attacks with the greatest determination. Troops destined for the main Spanish operations have been eoneeatratcd along tho front. Additional troops have beea dispatched to the points affected, and th» enemy has been thrown back. RIFFIS' ACTIVITY. FRENCH AIR BOMBING. (AUST&AUAS ASS X.I. CISLB IWW 111 111-) PARIS, September 6. A Fez communique states that enemy activity is increasing on both fronts. The garrisua at Animaraf has been relieved. French aeroplanes rained bomb* on Shcshuan for four hours, spreading terror among Abdel Krim's forces. Heavy fighting occurred at lasuala, a. fortified post dominating tho region south-east of Ouezzan. The Riffis have penetrated to the outskirts of Gueazan. Attacks on Jerelclnakim were repulsed. The Spanish Fleet is preparing to land 12,000 troops at Alhocemas.
