Abdel Krim again complains through tho Tangiers correspondent of *'The Times" that the Franco-Spanish peace terms wero never communicated to him, despito all statements to the contrary, and he was therefore unable to accept or reject them, lie declares the assertion that ho received them was a lie published for political purposes in order to deccivo tho public and mislead the Franco-Spanish peoples, and to persuade them to continue tho war. He simultaneously ordered the Bini agents at Tangier to inform the Marquis dc Estella (Chief of the Spanish Government) that if the Franco-Spanish terms correspond with the terms published in tho Franco-Spanish Press, he is prepared to negotiate on that bafts.

Heavy fighting occurred at lasuala, a. fortified post dominating tho region south-east of Ouezzan. The Riffis have penetrated to the outskirts of Gueazan. Attacks on Jerelclnakim were repulsed. The Spanish Fleet is preparing to land 12,000 troops at Alhocemas.
