# HANSEN'S ARRANGEMENTS. (BT CABLE—r&BSa ABSOCUTIOX—«OCTWUtT.) (AUBTBAUAH AND K.Z. CASUS AB80CIAT10X.) BERLIN, September 6. Dr. Nansen has arrived to discuss plans for a Zeppelin expedition to the North Pole. An appeal lias been issued for subscriptions for the construction of a new airship for the purposes of the flight. Commander Eckener, America, does not believe the Allies will oppose the construction of an airship for a scientific voyage which will produce more than _mero scientific results.
