At the inquest on the wife of Dobson, May Wise gave evidence that she had been keeping company with Dobson since last April. Ho informed her ho was separated from his wife, the latter became ill and Dobson- visited her. Witness objected, stating, "It must be either your wife or me." She added that Dobson told her thai ho had purchased stuff from a chemist to kill cats. Later Mrs Dobson died from the effects of dniiking stout containing arsenic.
