EXTINCTION OF AUSTRALIAN WAR DEBT. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND Ji.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received July sth, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 4. In tho House of Representatives, Dr. Maloney gave notice of motion that a Doomsday Book be made, showing the full present value of all immovable property in Australia, with the names of the owners, and that any value from unearned increment during the next 10 years bo used for the extinction of the Australian war debt.
