KEARNS REFUSED LICENSE. (BY CABLE—PBE3S ASSOCIATION—COPSBIOHT.) (ATJSTBALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received July Ist, 8 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 30. The Boxing Commission refused to renew the license of Jiearns, Dempsey'a manager, wlio desired to second Walker in tho WalkerGreb fight on July 2nd, and also forgade Kearna to enter the ground. The Commission's opposition to Kearns was due' to his refusal to" sign the agreement for Dempsey's fight with Wills.
