FLOODS IN POLAND.
(BT CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPTSIOHT.) (BECTEr's TEUSORAItS.) WARSAW, June 30. Poland, especially in the south-west, is in the throes of dangerous floods. Following on an abnormal rainfall, the river Dniester overflowed, washing out 15 villages. A cavalry detachment sent to the rescue of the stricken population lost six troopers, who were drowned while crossing a river.
