The meeting . decided to use the ertrplps proceeds i"r;>m ; the celebrations to establish a fund called . "The Kichmond-Memorial Jubilee Scholarshir" for hoy'or girl. Arrangements re-. gar'ding a .suitable ball iorjlie dinner were ■ held over ponding further reports.
