ANNUAL MEETING. v
The annual meeting of the Municipal (formerly Tramway) Band was hoWro the City Council Chambers last night. In the absence of the chairman (Mr W. through illness, Mr J. XoWc -the eondaetor. was voted to the chair, Crs A. D. lord and C. Carr wore present, and there was a fairly large attendance df members. Tho chairman welcomed Crs. Ford and Carr, the representatives of the City Council on the committee of the Band, and said that, as they were aware, when the Band changed its name to the Muaictpal Band, one of the stipulations was tha„ there should be two representatives of the City Council on tho committee.
