ORDERED TO BE REFUNDED. (PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, Juno 29. In tho Supreme Court, his Honour Mr Justice Reed, in the action arising out of the bankruptcy of Joseph Clarkson, grocer, of Northcote, ordered a refund by the bankrupt's two sons of £SO and £75 respectively, being improper payments during insolvency. Tho father's liabilities were £lB3, assets £33. and the deficiency £l5O. The sons' defence was that the money received by them was a refund of loans.
