The Nauru report for 1924, which the Mandates Commission examined, rays that the only lands belonging to the State are the Government station and the area required for the wireless station, totalling approximately one hundred acres. The German Government acquired this area, by purchase from the native owners, and it was transferred to a Mandatory Power under the Peace Treaty. It has been, since then, dealt with as tho property of the Administration.
