\X-YLYSIS OF WILSON'S MALT LXTRACT. EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH QUALITY. To protect the public, the Pure Foods Act requires that Malt Extract sold in New Zealand must contain 70 per cent, of solids. Analvsis ot "Wilson's" discloses the high proportion of 80.07 per cent, of solids. The Act also calls for a digestive ratio of 250.
