Tho. Paris correspondent of "The Times" says that, coinciding with dispatches . from Moscow that the. Soviet leaders arc disgruntled at the poor results M. Krassin has hitherto obtained in negotiating with France, comes news of a marked stiffening in the French Government's attitude towards Russia, which is mainly attributable to tho recent growth of Moscow-directed Communist propaganda, especially in Morocco.
Whereas during tho Harriot regime: tho suggestion that there should be a united Allied policy towards tho Soviet was treated with seem, there is now evidence that the Painleve Cabinet intends to consult mom closely common Franco-British interests, which it considers are equally threatened.
