SYDNEY, June 20.
The Marine Transport group of Unions appointed a deputation to interview Mr Bruce on Tuesday nest Kith a view to solving the shipping dispute. The Lord Mayor informed the City Council that he would convene a conference of the unions involved in the shipping trouble and the owners, with a view to the prevention of its extension to the citv.
There is a danger of the cutting-off of the electricity supply, as the Electricians' Union is a member of the transport group which is supporting the seamen.
