On the concluding day the attendance of spectators was again very large. v Class I. was continued, the .results being as follows :• . / H. N. Jleeles Fly cast to right, came over to left, headed, ringed sheep twice, hold well in ring, split ehecp at yard, called off. T. Whito'a Barney crossed in heading; pulled rashly, called off in 7min IBsec. IT. Feather'e Bay went out in zig-zag ! course, pulled eheep in fair line, brought steadily to yard, failed to yard. I G. Keefo's. Spring headed high over to right, worked too far off sheep, pulled rashly, callod off in 4min 50sec. i J. Forester's Jack cast to right, crossed in heading, callod off in 4min. L. Der.ton's Little Jack went out wide ( •to right, headed, came fast on to flat, let sheep out of ring once, yarded in 12niin 45scc. A. Help's Boss crossed head, brought down fairly fast, held well in ring, efrlit round yard, then yarded in 13min 20seo. li. Innvs's Haig' went out on fairly good line, partly chasing head, brought down steadily, sheep went back across faco of hill, then brought steadily down, held in ring, failed to yard. If. .bong's Joy wont out in good line to head, pulled fairly steady, steadied in ring, brought sheep to yard eoveral timee, held well, had two sheep in twice, other almost in when time waa called. J. Pollock's Don cast to right, yelped a bit, little rash in pulling, brought down fairly good line, held well in ring, fairly good drive to yard, failed to yard A. Titrpin's Maud came over, on cast, headed,, pulled with dog racing away too far, brought half-way, called off. H. Chapman's Wee MacGregor oast to ricrht, went out in good lin3 1o head, brought down with fair line, then ehoep split, collected again, fast across flat, steadied, in ring, drove steadily to yard, eplit sheep, sheep in mouth of yard when time was called. Turpin's Boss, 39 points .. 4 A etr.oke concert was tendered to visiting sportsmen and friends in Springfield Town Hall on Thursday evoning, Mr R. Gillander3 taking the chair. Gillandcrs and replied to by Mr Slarky and Mr Kennedy; "Tho Judge," (proposed by Mr W. Pollock and res;?or.ded to by Mr G. L. Hutherford; "Tho Visitors," proposed by Mr A. Atkinson and replied to- by Messrs AY. Tait, S. Lapthorne and others; "Tho Competitors," T. Pattersont, and responded to by Mr K. proposed by Mr Tait and replied to By Mr Help and Ivlr Aubrey; "Donors of Ground," proposod by Mr J. Kennedy and responded to by Mr R. Mi'lliken; "Donors of Sheep," proposed bv Mr Starky and responded to by Mr Johnson; Press," prc-posed by Mr Cuthbertson and replied to by Mr J. Kenredy; "The Ladies,". proposed by_ Mr F. Ferguson and responded to by Mr N. Campbell; and "The Chairman," proposed by Mr xtunt.
