Forbes, Condobolin. llubbo and Warren. 'i he loss in the Windsor district wiil bo .severe, especially to vegetable growers. It is estimated that over i.OOO.OU' cauliflowers and cabbages have been destroyed. Some late maize crops have also lost. The water i< still rising and some streets in the town itself are flooded. Torrential rain is still in evidence, am! the Wingecarribee River at Bongbong has broken its banks, and lowying land for mil;s is covered. Over seven inches of. rain fell at ilossvalo between Friday and Mjuday. Tho liawkcsbury at Richmond rose to 43 feet above summer level. It is now two and a-hnlf miles wide, making crossing impossible. A torrent oi backwaters has inundated the country lor a great distance.
Frantic efforts have been made to save stock and valuables. Though tho major portion of the. stock is now sale, many horses, cows and pigs perished, and others are in danger. Yesterday was the anniversary of tho record flood of 1807, when the. Hawkesbury's waters rose to 63 feet.
Tho Wolloiidilly River dropped rapidly. and the flood waters are receding.
A washawav occurred on the railway line between Lowanna and Glenrragli, near Dorrigo. when tho Bellinger River overflowed.
The rains during the past lew weeks have provided a- record storage ol" water, assuring three years' full .supply for Svdiiov.

A warning lias been issued to the residents of Windsor and Richmond to prepare for another flood, as a further rush is coming down tho Hawkesbury. '■Throughout tlio dnv n fleet of boats was rescuing outlying residents and bringing them to tho two towns. Pturts of .Forbes arc now under water. The river has risen 21 i'eet since yu.sterday. Tho main l>ody of the flood water is now sweeping down the Lachlan.
