Another new lifebelt is reported, lo the ordinary inßated type of circular life preserver, it iB said, rubber trousers, slippers, and paddles for the legs, and a pair of oars have been added to relievo discomfort, and give the wearer a better opportunity to reach safety. It is claimed that the outfit is so largo and the trousers so adjusted, that a sitting posture can be assumed.
