Kcieon, \f. Pring, J. ilcGirr and T. Mcintosh. A resolution was passed congratulatingthe superintendent en hi 3 S5 yeaia' service, <md the secretary, ilr J. Walton, on his 37 years' service. It was also resolved to purchase tho bars as recommended. Tho Board decided to paint tho Central Station, tenders to be called for tho work. The secretary tabled tho estimates, which provided for expenditure totalling £IOOS. It was resolved to purchase tho eito in High street, and to construct a brick build- I ing thereon at a cost of £500.. * I A resolution of sympathy with the Christ-' church Brigade in tho recent accident was carried, members standing- in silence.
