Mr Amery, who is to be* Secretary of State for tho Dominions, and Mr VT. G. A. Ormsby-Gore, who will take over colonial matters in tho reorganised Colonial Office, have determined to travel tho Empire to the utmost daring their term of office, according to a speech by Mr Ormsby-Gore at the Nigeria Club. In conformity with this decision, Mr Ormsby-Gore is going to Nigeria witbiu a<year.
