UNTAMED AFRICA.
PRINCE'S GLIMPSE FROM TRAIN WINDOWS. (bi cabls—press association—corrawHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND Jf.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) CAPE TOWN, June 17. As the Eoyal train steamed through tho famous Sabi game reserve in Northern Transvaal, tho Prince of Wales was able to see something of tho primitive life of South Africa. There were herds of black wildebeeste and other wild game, which could have been shot from the train windows. The" Prince was tremendously interested in this panorama of wild life.
gome hours later the travellers came upon four huge bonfires in the bush. The train stopped and the Prince alighted and taw hundreds of wild natives dancing a mad fandango in the firelight. It was a weird and novel scene, illustrative of the sharp contrasts in South African life.
