NEW ELEMENTS.
GERMAN DISCOVERY. (BT CABLE—rRESS ASSOCIATION— COSTRIOffT.) (AUSTRALIAX AKD X.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) BEELIN, Juno 15. Addressing tho Prussian Academy of Science three co-discovorers, Dr. Noddack, Dr. Ottoberg and Dr. Ina Tacke, announced that they had found two of tho hitherto undiscovered elemonts, named masumium and rhenium. Tho discovery loaves three elements to complete the ninety-two on Mendeleeff's list. , . Tho practical value of tho new elements has not yet been determined.
