Tho Fuller Ministry Ims resigned, and the Governor has sent for Mr Lang (Labour Loader), who will form a Ministry on Tuesday.

In Sydney political circles, now that Labour has secured a victory, thoro are. various conjectures aa to who will form tho Labour Ministry. Tho rules of tho party provide that tho personnel of Ministry shall be chosen by a ballot amongst the mombers of tho party, and that the leader shall allot tho portfolios, The Sydney "Sun" declares that thosee "in'tho know" pick tho Labour Ministry to bo composed a; follows:

Premier and Treasurer: Mr Lang. Chief Secretary; Mr Doojoy. Attorney.General; Mr MoTiernan. Minister of Justice; Mr McKell or Dr. Evatt.

Minister of Works and Railways; Mr Baddeley or Mr Greig: Minister of Lands and .Forests: Mr Loughlhj. !(■

Mjuister of Agriculture: Mr Dunn, Minister of Education: Mr Mutch. Minister of Labour: Mr O'HaUoran, Minister of Hoalth:, Mr Laiszarini or Mr Gosling. Minister of Mines and Local Government: Mr Davies or Mr Cann (If tho latter js re-elected). Vice-President of the Executive Council and. Leader of the Government in the Legislative Council: Mi" Kavanagh. Solicitor-General; Mr Sproule, If Mr Lang elects to take only the Premiership, Mr Dunn is expected to get the Treasury, and Mr Ilannory Agriculture. The names of Messrs R. Oruiokshank and J, F. Ooates, M.L,C.'s, are also mentioned in connexion,, with the leadership of tho Upper House.
