In a. magnificent setting of Chineso draperies, which he brought ba,ck with him, and which, together with costumes, cost the etar a very largo sum, the troupe maintains the keenest interest of the audience for nearly ah hour. The J. C. Williamson acts supporting tho star are all of international repute. Direct from America are the Novelle Brothers, musical and acrobatic clowns. These two clever Frenchmen played at tha winter garden at Now York, where the midnight shows of America arc produced. Tlioir imitation of the courts-iip, quarrel, and reconciliation of two birds, is described as astounding. Another newcomer is Chris.
