HEAT WAVE.
MANY DEATHS IN ENGLAND.

There have been numerous deaths from tho beat and 113 cases of collapse in London streets. Work in tho iron and steol furnaces in the Midlands is seriously affected. London is eating 200,000 gallons of ice-cream daily. The temperature is eighty-four degrees in the shade. It is tho hottest June in eight yegrs. The heat extends throughout the whole of Europe. There have been many seizures and deaths in the steaming cities.
