INJUNCTION PLEA GRANTED. (BY CABLBt—PRESS ' ASSOCIATION—COPYMaHT.) (AUBTBALIAN AND N.Z; CABLE ASSOCIATION.) -MELBOURNE, June 11. The Full Court gave an important decision regarding wireless broadcasting. ~ Campbell and Company, Sydney, sought to restrain the Associated Radio Company of Australia form distributing from Melbourne certain musical compositions, to be sung or performed, of which plaintiffs claimed the copyright. The Court held that defendants had infringed plaintiff's copyright by doing something which plaintiffs had the sole right to do and granted the injunction sought, with costs.
