The charge alleges that Resuggau killed Ena Grace. The Crown alleges that the collision and deaths were caused by the culpable negligence of Resuggau, who broke the railway regulations. [Eight persons were killed in the smash. An electric parcels-coach crashed into a motor-car at the level crossing near Highctt, a suburb K! milfs from Melbourne. All the occupants of the car—four men, three women, and one child—were killed.]
